I hope not, since I couldn't even figure out how to use it (let alone do so productively).Īs customers we aren't here to have to invest time and money in learning how to use a completely changed user interface just because someone in Adobe thinks it's a good idea to have a new standart. Step 1: Download software Your download includes Acrobat Reader, Acrobat for Google Chrome, McAfee Security Scan Plus, and McAfee Safe Connect. My fear now is that this "new experience" may become the new standard user interface. This is a serious usability problem since the entire structure of how to use the program (DC Pro) seems totally changed - and this is certainly not something that should be foisted on unsuspecting customers without warning. This isn't just an issue with a changed layout or cosmetic upgrade. No info about it or how to get rid of it.įortunately, after about 1/2 hour of fumbling around I found an option to disable "new experience" (or something like that) and this restored the previous interface. Today, without warning, I found that my user interface has been completely changed without any warning whatsoever.
